山田 大補（1972 – 2003）
1972年、愛媛県新居浜市生まれ。
1996年、グラフィックウェアレーベル「ASYURA FIRST」をスタート。
コラージュやタイポグラフィーを駆使した独自のグラフィック表現により、
クラブカルチャーやストリートシーンで注目を集めた。
1997年、ステロタイププロダクトを設立。媒体を問わない表現活動を掲げ、数々の作品を発表。
主な作品に、村上隆「727」展覧会ポスター、劇場版「GHOST IN THE SHELL 攻殻機動隊」ポスター・パンフレット、PARCO CM、TAKEO KIKUCHI アートディレクション、SOUL’d OUT CDジャケット、「カウボーイビバップ 天国の扉」CM、「エースコンバット3」オープニング映像、B.E.D ミュージックビデオなどがある。
音楽、映像、ファッション、ストリートなど多様な分野を横断し、独自のクリエイションを展開した。
2003年逝去。享年30。

Born in Niihama, Ehime, Japan, in 1972.
In 1996, he launched the graphic wear label ASYURA FIRST. His distinctive graphic style, characterized by collage and typography, gained recognition within club culture and the street scene.
In 1997, he founded STEROTYPE PRODUKTS. Guided by a philosophy of creative expression beyond the boundaries of any single medium, he produced a wide range of works across diverse fields.
Selected works include the poster for Takashi Murakami’s 727 exhibition, the poster and brochure for the animated feature film GHOST IN THE SHELL, PARCO commercials, art direction for TAKEO KIKUCHI, CD jacket designs for SOUL’d OUT, the commercial for Cowboy Bebop: Knockin’ on Heaven’s Door, the opening sequence for Ace Combat 3, and music videos for B.E.D.
Working across music, film, fashion, and street culture, he developed a distinctive creative vision that transcended genres and media.
Daisuke Yamada passed away in 2003 at the age of 30.
